How to Exchange or Return a Product
Manufacturing Warranty
WEBBING DAMAGES NOT COVERED UNDER MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
*Any indications that the product has been misused or chewed, will void the manufacturing warranty.
Includes the following ONLY:
- Any product with loose or broken stitching, no matter how long it's been used, will qualify for a FREE replacement or repair.*
- Any product with broken or faulty metal parts will qualify for a FREE replacement or repair.*
- All other damages are not covered under manufacturing warranty
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL PRIOR TO MAILING YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT.

The following information MUST be provided or packages will be 'returned to sender'.
Please clearly mark the package- MANUFACTURING WARRANTY REPLACEMENT Provide the following contact information inside the package: Customer name, email address, phone number, address and order number (if applicable). Send an email to: info@jwalkerdog.com to notify us once the product has been sent and the tracking number (if applicable)For
Retail Stores: Please contact your Distributor Representative and have them return the product to JWalker and provide the store with a replacement at no charge on the next order.
FOR LOCAL CLIENTS: ALL WARRANTY ACTIVATIONS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS CAN BE MADE CURB-SIDE. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL.
Product Return or Exchange
FOR PURCHASED MADE AT RETAIL OUTLETS
You’ll need to return your product to the place you purchased it in accordance to their return policies.
FOR ONLINE STORE PURCHASES ONLY
If you purchased it through our online store please be aware that the product must be in new sellable condition with its original tag and free from any signs of use including hair, dirt or stretching of the fabric.

Once received and inspected, you will be either be refunded to your original payment method or you will be sent a discount code by email so you may re-order the desired product at no charge.
